Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has warned Lagosians to keep off the Blue line rail tracks facility.
He made this announcement via his official Twitter page on Saturday.
According to him, there is a need for citizens to keep off the tracks as touching or coming in contact with the tracks can lead to electrocution.
“The Blue Line rail is an electrified system, therefore there is need for citizens to keep off the tracks.
And if you must cross from one side to the other, you must use the overhead bridge, in order to prevent electrocution.” he tweeted.
It is expected that a test run of the Blue Line train service will start in late December 2022.
