The Zimbabwean national team has arrived in Nigeria ahead of their crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match on Tuesday.
Their delegation touched down at Victor Attah International Airport, where they were received by representatives of the Nigeria Football Federation.
Currently at the bottom of Group C with just three points from five matches, Zimbabwe will be looking to improve their standing in the qualifiers.
Meanwhile, the Super Eagles returned to Nigeria earlier in the day after securing a 2-0 victory in Rwanda on Friday.
Eric Chelle’s squad has settled into the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Ikot Ekpene, where they will be based for their stay.
The Nigerian team is set to resume training on Sunday at the practice pitch of the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo as preparations continue for the upcoming fixture.
