Alhassan Yusuf arrived at the Super Eagles’ Radisson Blu Hotel camp in Kigali, Rwanda on Wednesday morning
With his arrival, head coach Eric Chelle now has all 23 invited players available as preparations continue for Nigeria’s crucial World Cup qualifier.
Yusuf, who plays for Major League Soccer side New England Revolution, was absent from the team’s first training session on Tuesday.
However, the 24-year-old is set to participate in the second session later tonight.
Tuesday’s training marked the Super Eagles’ first under Malian tactician Chelle. The team is gearing up to face Rwanda’s Amavubi in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matchday five fixture at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali on Friday.
Nigeria, three-time African champions, currently sit in fifth place in Group C with three points from four matches.
