Super Eagles striker, Kelechi Iheanacho, is eager to leverage his vast experience to propel Sevilla to new heights in the upcoming season.
Still making headlines with his exciting transfer to Sevilla, Iheanacho took a moment to reflect on his tenure at Manchester City, emphasizing the invaluable experience he gained under the mentorship of renowned manager Pep Guardiola.
During his stint at the Etihad, Iheanacho shared the pitch with elite strikers such as Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko, Stevan Jovetic, and Alvaro Negredo.

“I have learned a lot playing alongside those players and from a great coach like Pep. They are legends,” the new Sevilla forward stated in an interview with the club’s official website.
At 27, Iheanacho expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to learn from the best, aiming to apply the skills and knowledge he acquired at Manchester City to his new journey with Sevilla.
“I hope that everything I learned there, I can contribute everything to this club and help it reach greater heights,” he added.
Having departed Leicester City at the end of his contract, Iheanacho is fondly remembered for his crucial goals and performances, particularly during the club’s 2021 FA Cup triumph.
