In April, the state government had vowed to penalise Principals and Teachers caught in any form of examination malpractices and falsification of documents by WAEC.
The threat followed the indiction of some schools by WAEC on the conduct of the exams in the state.
According to the commissioner, the governor, would not compromise hard-work for dishonesty.
He emphasized that the present government is putting everything right in the education sector of the state, through the provision of funds, regular payment of salaries, arrears and promotions.
The state’s commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Barrister Abdu-Raheem has also emphasized zero tolerance for examination malpractices by the present administration, stating that the end result of examination malpractices is not just suicidal but capable of painting the state in a bad light, also messing up and destroying the future of the young ones.
