Aba giants, Enyimba have sealed a partnership deal with Norwegian side, Hamkam FC.
Norway-based club visited Enyimba FC, in February 2024.
The nine-time NPFL champions delegates led by Kanu Nwankwo sealed the partnership deal with the club in Norway.
The collaboration will help build a proper structure for the youth team for the Nigerian Premier League champions.
Also, the partnership will give the Norwegian outfit opportunity to train the Enyimba twice every year.
The players from Enyimba will also be allowed to host with HamKam’s A team and G19, and Kanu and his delegation will visit HamKam annually.
“The purpose is to create a good collaboration that gives both clubs positive ripple effects,” the Norwegian club chief scout Jørgen Bjørn stated.
“HamKam will help Enyimba build up the structure of their club, especially at youth level.
“We will assist them in the form of us traveling down to Nigeria twice a year and holding training sessions with their teams.
“When we are there, we will also hold lectures on various academic topics such as methodology, physical training recovery and other important things.”
The delegates from Hamkam FC also paid a visit to Enyimba in February.
