Chelsea midfielder, Cesare Casadei, has completed a permanent move to Torino, according to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
In a tweet posted on Sunday morning, Romano confirmed the transfer, stating, “Cesare Casadei has left Chelsea and becomes new Torino player on a permanent deal.
“€15m package, 25% sell-on clause, saga over.”
Casadei had attracted significant interest from Serie A clubs Torino and Lazio, with Chelsea reportedly seeking £12.6 million for the player.
The Italian international has made only six appearances for Chelsea this season and had found himself lower in the midfield hierarchy, behind players like Moises Caicedo, Cole Palmer, and Enzo Fernandez under manager Enzo Maresca.
