Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen, found the net for Galatasaray in their UEFA Europa League clash against Dynamo Kyiv, but his efforts weren’t enough to secure a win for the Turkish side.
Osimhen converted a second-half penalty to give Galatasaray what seemed like a comfortable 3-1 advantage.
However, the hosts surrendered their lead late in the game, allowing Dynamo Kyiv to stage a dramatic comeback and earn a 3-3 draw.
Galatasaray had earlier established a solid 2-0 lead in the first half with goals from Davinson Sanchez and Abdulkerim Bardakci.
But Vladyslav Vanat struck just before the break, igniting hopes of a Kyiv revival.
Despite Osimhen’s clinical penalty in the 53rd minute, Dynamo Kyiv refused to back down.
Club legend Andriy Yarmolenko came off the bench to inspire his team, scoring two late goals to ensure the points were shared.
