Spanish giants, Real Madrid, have showcased their away kit for the 2024/25 season, opting for a striking orange design.
This bold and vibrant kit will be worn in away matches as the team aims to defend both their La Liga and Champions League titles.
The kit features a dark, metallic blue for the club crest, adidas’ signature stripes, and the shirt sponsor.
It also boasts a black rounded collar, highlighted by a baby blue stripe. The jersey’s design includes an astral, abstract pattern that symbolizes stars in the night sky.
Real Madrid explained the inspiration behind the kit in a club statement, stating that the design is inspired by “the stars that appear in the sky outside the Santiago Bernabeu.”
The club elaborated, “Its design is born from the idea that it doesn’t matter where the team competes because Real Madrid fans are always connected by the stars in the sky.”
This new away kit brings to mind the third kit from the 2013/14 season, which was notable for being the campaign in which Real Madrid clinched their tenth Champions League title in dramatic fashion.
During the upcoming season, this kit will be worn by key players such as Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Junior, and new signing Kylian Mbappe.
Earlier in June, the Spanish champions unveiled their new home kit, which features a minimalist, classic design that underscores the team’s long-standing heritage.
Real Madrid’s La Liga fixtures have been announced, with the team set to face Mallorca on August 18 to start the season.
Before that, they will play against Serie A side Atalanta in the UEFA Super Cup on August 14.
