Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf and the State Hisbah Commander General, Aminu Ibrahim Daurawa have reportedly settled their differences.
A source in the Government House said the reconciliation was done under the watch and guidance of some top Ullamas executives in the State who maintained that Daurawa must return and continue his Jobs.
Reports revealed that Daurawa will return to office on Tuesday.
The Hibsh boss had last week announced his resignation following a public criticism of the operation of Hisbah by the State Governor.
The reconciliation was said to be an aftermath of a well attended meeting by the State Council of Ulamas and top Hisbah officials, including some elders.
“The Governor and the Commander General have reconciled. The parties have understood each other and all issues have been resolved amicably,” the source said.
