Lord Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries has disagreed with a viral video claiming that the General Overseer, Lazarus Mouka, was dishing out fake miracles.
A yet-to-be-identified lady had claimed that her sister who was deaf and dumb was brought to the church but she was not healed as claimed in a flyer containing the testimonies of the Church.
The lady then dragged Mouka on social media over claim that he healed her dumb and deaf’s sister.
The lady explained that the cleric invited her sister who is deaf dumb to a program in the church but he ended up snapping her picture and putting it in a flyer that he healed her whereas she still battling wit her deformity.
She added that her sister is at home saying that nothing of such happened to her
“Hello guys! I don’t know why the Lord Chosen is behaving like this.
“The Lord’s Chosen invited my sister for a program in the church. He then snapped my sister, put the caption: ’30 years of dumb and deaf healed.”
“It’s a lie. Nothing like that happened. See my sister in the house. She is still deaf and dumb. Nothing of such happened. This is her husband here at home”, the lady said.
After sighting the video on social media, Punch Metro had contacted the Chosen Church to share their view on the purported video.
Responding 24 hours after calls and text from Punch Metro correspondent, the church, through the Head of Administration, Pastor Ebi Nurseman Isaac, referred to a video where the deaf and dumb lady simply identified as Ekoma was healed to corroborate the veracity of the miracles.
In the 49 seconds video, Ekoma was seen trying to pronounce what the Chosen’s GO, Mouka was saying.
Isaac stated further that the miracles and testimonies in the Church are not fake.
Speaking further on the video, the Church Admin pointed out that if someone born deaf and dumb for 30 years could speak to this level is miracle-worthy.
He wrote, “Testimonies in The Lord’s Chosen are not FAKED but they are REAL
“Kindly watch the testimony of EKOMA- 30 Years Deaf and Dumb Healed extracted from the original video.
“If someone born deaf and dumb for 30 years could hear and speak to this level for the first time after a short prayer/ declaration by the Man of God, is it not a miracle?
“Is it not the duty of the family members especially the woman that brought her to the crusade to keep training the recipient of the miracle how to speak well instead of finding fault with the Ministry in the social media?
“I strongly perceive this is another confirmation of one of the sayings of Daddy GO ( Pastor Lazarus Muoka) especially in his teaching on Wednesday New Convert/ New Commers Class titled: “Continuation Brings Freedom” which states: ‘ If after you have come to The Lord’s Chosen CRM and received miracle, deliverance, blessing etc from God, and someone ( neighbor or friend or family member) comes to tell you, don’t go to The Lord’s Chosen, or speak evil of the Ministry or the Man of God, mark that person and avoid him/ her because he or she might be the cause of your problem”
“The problem of many Africans is that, they don’t recognize real men of God so they continue to bring curse(s) upon themselves as recorded in Isaiah 5:20 which states: “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”
“Beside, it is one of the strategies of satan and his human agents to cause distractions as usual whenever an International Programme like the one coming up this very weekend Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th February, 2024 titled: ‘ From Sorrow to Joy’ is very close to hinder or discourage the simple minded from attending.”
