The Nigeria Police Force has officially commenced the medical screening phase for shortlisted candidates in the ongoing 2022 Police Constable Recruitment exercise.
The screening exercise, which kicked off on February 26, 2025, is set to continue until March 12, 2025, across 17 designated Police Zonal Headquarters nationwide.
In a statement released on Thursday, February 27, 2025, the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, confirmed the ongoing screening process.
He stated, “The medical screening exercise for invited candidates in the ongoing 2022 Recruitment of Police Constable has since commenced. The exercise, scheduled for Feb 26-Mar 12, 2025, is currently taking place at designated centres in the 17 Police Zonal Headquarters.”
This stage follows the Computer-Based Test conducted on March 5 and 6, 2024, which led to the selection of the first batch of successful candidates who have since been invited for training.
The NPF has urged other applicants who participated in the CBT to check their application status through the official recruitment portal at apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng and print their invitation slips.
Adejobi further advised, “Other candidates who participated in the CBT are hereby advised to log on to the recruitment portal apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng to check their application status and print invitation slip.”
Reaffirming its commitment to a fair and transparent recruitment process, the Nigeria Police Force assured applicants that only those who meet the required criteria will advance to the next phase of training.
Candidates are encouraged to adhere to all screening guidelines and attend their scheduled sessions promptly.
